Books
The Fall Semester Book Refund deadline is ...
Tuesday, September 4th
After that date, books must be returned within two working days of purchase to receive a refund when all conditions are met.
There are no returns on Fall books purchased during the last ten days of the term.
Receipt is required for all refunds. New books must be in mint condition. If not, 75% of the new book price will be refunded. For short term courses, refunds will be given on books during the first five days after class begins.
Merchandise
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of
purchase to receive a refund when all conditions are met. All merchandise must
be in the same condition as purchased and in original or sealed packaging.
Receipt is required.
Non-returnable items include: computer disks, college catalogs, opened art kits, opened software, edible items, magazines, SWC Custom Publishing, online access codes, Lab Books or Manuals, and items marked 'sale' or 'special'.

You must have your receipt to receive a refund on any purchase!
Note: There is a $20 fee on all returned checks. Those deemed uncollectable may be submitted to the State of California CoTop Program.
