RETURN POLICY TEXTBOOKS
All textbooks must be in the condition they were bought in; otherwise, no refund will be given. Textbooks with open software or access codes are non-refundable.
SPRING & FALL
Textbooks & Required class material must be returned by the first week of Spring & Fall Semester. However, refunds may be extended until the second week of Spring & Fall Semester ONLY with proof of admissions drop statement and receipt. All sales after or before these dates are final and non refundable. Receipt & Proof of Registration required.
SUMMER
Textbooks & Required class material must be returned by the third day of Summer Semester Class Start date. All sales before and after these dates are final and non refundable. Receipt & Proof of Registration required.
SHORT TERM/FAST TRACK CLASSES
Textbooks & Required class material must be returned by the third day of Class Start date. All sales before and after these dates are final and non refundable. Receipt & Proof of Registration required.
RETURN POLICY MERCHANDISE
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase to receive a refund when all conditions are met. All merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased and in original or sealed packaging. Receipt is required. Non-returnable items include: computer disks, college catalogs, opened art kits, opened software, edible items, magazines, SWC Custom Publishing, online access codes, Lab Books or Manuals, and items marked 'sale' or 'special'. Please see in-store refund policy for complete details. You must have your receipt to receive a refund on any purchase! Note: There is a $25 fee on all returned checks. Those deemed uncollectable may be submitted to the State of California CoTop Program.
